ChamsDel Online LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the TwitPick Chrome extension and related website (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account on our dashboard, we collect:

• Account credentials (securely hashed)

2.2 Extension Data Collection

The TwitPick Chrome extension collects and processes the following data:

2.2.1 Data Processed Locally

The following data is processed locally on your device for scoring calculations:

• Public tweet content (text, engagement metrics, author information)
• Your scoring preferences and keyword filters
• Cached author follower counts

All scoring calculations happen entirely on your device. However, certain data is synced to our servers as described below to provide enhanced features and improve the service.

2.2.2 Data Synced to Backend

When you activate the extension with a valid activation token, the following data is automatically synced to our secure servers:

• Extension Settings: Your scoring preferences, keyword filters, custom profile configurations, and other extension settings
• Follower/Following Data: Follower counts and following counts for Twitter/X users whose profiles you view while using the extension
• Relationship Data: Information about your follow relationships, including whether you follow specific users and whether they follow you
• Reply Activity Data: When you reply to tweets, we collect:
  • Original tweet ID and author information (handle, follower count, verification status)
  • Original tweet engagement metrics (likes, reposts, replies, age)
  • Your reply tweet ID (if detected)
  • Reply timestamp
  • Scoring data (score, color, bucket) associated with your reply
  • Reply engagement metrics (likes, reposts, replies) - collected via backend processes

This data is synced to enable features such as cross-device settings synchronization, historical analytics, performance tracking, and service improvements. All data is encrypted in transit and stored securely.

2.3 Activation Tokens

When you activate the extension, we validate your activation token against our server. This validation includes only the token itself and does not include any tweet content or browsing data. The activation token is used to authenticate your extension and enable data synchronization features.

2.4 Analytics Data

We do not currently collect analytics data from the extension. All extension functionality operates locally in your browser without sending usage data to external services.

2.5 Payment and Subscription Information

When you subscribe to TwitPick, we collect payment information through our payment processor (Stripe). We store:

• Stripe customer ID and subscription ID
• Subscription status and payment history
• Subscription start and end dates
• Payment method information (processed securely by Stripe, not stored by us)
• Cancellation information (if applicable)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Process your account registration and manage your subscription
• Validate your extension activation
• Sync your extension settings across devices
• Generate analytics and performance charts for your account
• Track your reply activity and engagement metrics

3.1 Data Usage for Service Improvement

We may use aggregated and anonymized data collected from all users to:

• Understand usage trends and optimize service performance

This includes using data such as:

• Follower/following counts and relationship data from multiple users (aggregated and anonymized)
• Original posts' engagement statistics (likes, reposts, replies) from tweets you interact with
• Reply performance metrics and scoring patterns

When used for model training or analytics, this data is processed in aggregated, anonymized form and does not identify individual users or their specific Twitter/X accounts. We do not use your personal account information (email, activation token) in these processes.

3.2 Data Displayed to You

We use your collected data to provide you with personalized insights, including:

• Charts and analytics showing your reply activity over time
• Performance metrics for your replies (engagement statistics)
• Historical follower/following trends
• Scoring distribution and patterns in your reply activity

4. Data Storage and Security

Account data and synced extension data are stored securely using industry-standard encryption both in transit and at rest. Extension preferences are also stored locally in your browser using Chrome's sync storage, which may sync across your devices if you're signed into Chrome.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including:

• Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest
• Secure authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Regular security audits and updates
• Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only
• Row-level security policies in our database to ensure users can only access their own data

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase and other trusted cloud service providers. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, unless you request deletion or we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase: For authentication, account management, and secure data storage
• Stripe: For payment processing and subscription management
• Google Analytics: To understand how users interact with our website (not the extension)

These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data. We only share data with these services as necessary to provide the Service, and we ensure that appropriate data processing agreements are in place.
