ChamsDel Online LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the TwitPick Chrome extension and related website (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

TwitPick is a Chrome extension that runs on X.com (Twitter) and pro.x.com (TweetDeck). It helps users prioritize tweets to reply to through five operational modes: Highlight Mode (keyword-based colored dot highlights), Track Mode (reply tracking with checkmarks), Support Small Accounts Mode (highlights tweets from accounts with fewer than 1,000 followers), Score Mode (Visibility Potential Score badges), and All Mode (all features combined). All scoring calculations are performed entirely on your device — no external APIs are used for scoring.

By using TwitPick, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account on our dashboard, we collect:

• Email address
• Account credentials (securely hashed)

2.2 Extension Data Collection

The TwitPick Chrome extension collects and processes the following data:

2.2.1 Data Processed Locally

The following data is processed locally on your device and stored in your browser's local storage for scoring calculations and feature operation:

• Public tweet content (text, engagement metrics, author information) — used for real-time scoring
• Your scoring preferences, keyword filters, and niche keyword profiles
• Cached author follower counts (twitpick_followerCache) and relationship data (twitpick_relationCache)
• Tweet IDs you have replied to (twitpick_replied)
• VPS training data — snapshots of tweet engagement metrics at reply time and post-reply, used to improve scoring accuracy (twitpick_vpsTrainingCache)
• Recent replies cache (twitpick_repliesCache)
• Backend-provided scoring formula overrides (twitpick_scoringFormulaConfig)

All scoring calculations (including the multi-factor Visibility Potential Score covering AuthorReach, Freshness, Velocity, Opportunity, Relevance, and RiskPenalty) happen entirely on your device. However, certain data is synced to our servers as described below to provide enhanced features and improve the service.

2.2.2 Data Synced to Backend

When you activate the extension with a valid activation token, the following data is automatically synced to our secure servers:

• Extension Settings: Your active mode, scoring preferences, keyword filters, niche keyword profiles, and other extension settings
• Follower/Following Data: Follower counts and following counts for X/Twitter users whose profiles you hover over while using the extension (scraped from hover card tooltips)
• Relationship Data: Information about your follow relationships, including whether you follow specific users and whether they follow you
• Reply Activity Data: When you reply to tweets, we collect:
  • Original tweet ID and author information (handle, follower count, verification status)
  • Original tweet engagement metrics (likes, reposts, replies, age)
  • Your reply tweet ID (if detected)
  • Reply timestamp
  • Scoring data (VPS score, color bucket) associated with your reply
  • Reply engagement metrics (likes, reposts, replies) — collected periodically via backend processes
• VPS Training Data: Aggregated engagement snapshots used to improve scoring algorithm accuracy over time

This data is synced to enable features such as cross-device settings synchronization, historical analytics, performance tracking, and service improvements. All data is encrypted in transit and stored securely.

2.3 Activation Tokens

When you activate the extension, we validate your activation token against our server. This validation includes only the token itself and does not include any tweet content or browsing data. The activation token is used to authenticate your extension and enable data synchronization features.

2.4 Analytics Data

We do not currently collect analytics data from the extension. All extension functionality operates locally in your browser without sending usage data to external analytics services.

2.5 Payment and Subscription Information

When you subscribe to TwitPick, we collect payment information through our payment processor (Stripe). We store:

• Stripe customer ID and subscription ID
• Subscription status and payment history
• Subscription start and end dates
• Payment method information (processed securely by Stripe, not stored by us)
• Cancellation information (if applicable)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Process your account registration and manage your subscription
• Validate your extension activation
• Sync your extension settings and keyword profiles across devices
• Generate analytics and performance charts for your account
• Track your reply activity and engagement metrics
• Power the Performance Review reminder feature, which nudges you to review engagement metrics on replies after a configurable time period
• Send important service-related communications
• Respond to customer support requests
• Improve and optimize the Service through data analysis

3.1 Data Usage for Service Improvement

We may use aggregated and anonymized data collected from all users to:

• Train machine learning models to improve our VPS scoring algorithms and recommendation systems
• Analyze engagement patterns to enhance the accuracy of visibility scores
• Develop new features and functionality
• Understand usage trends and optimize service performance

This includes using data such as:

• Follower/following counts and relationship data from multiple users (aggregated and anonymized)
• Original posts' engagement statistics (likes, reposts, replies) from tweets you interact with
• Reply performance metrics and VPS scoring patterns
• VPS training snapshots (pre- and post-reply engagement data)

When used for model training or analytics, this data is processed in aggregated, anonymized form and does not identify individual users or their specific Twitter/X accounts. We do not use your personal account information (email, activation token) in these processes.

3.2 Data Displayed to You

We use your collected data to provide you with personalized insights, including:

• Charts and analytics showing your reply activity over time
• Performance metrics for your replies (engagement statistics)
• Historical follower/following trends
• VPS scoring distribution and patterns in your reply activity
• Performance Review summaries showing how your replies performed after a set delay

4. Data Storage and Security

Account data and synced extension data are stored securely using industry-standard encryption both in transit and at rest. Extension preferences and caches are also stored locally in your browser using Chrome's local and sync storage APIs, which may sync across your devices if you're signed into Chrome.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including:

• Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest
• Secure authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Regular security audits and updates
• Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only
• Row-level security policies in our database to ensure users can only access their own data

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase and other trusted cloud service providers. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, unless you request deletion or we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase: For authentication, account management, and secure data storage
• Stripe: For payment processing and subscription management
• Google Analytics: To understand how users interact with our website (not the extension)

These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data. We only share data with these services as necessary to provide the Service, and we ensure that appropriate data processing agreements are in place.

The TwitPick extension operates on X.com and pro.x.com (TweetDeck). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. Your use of X.com is governed by X Corp's own terms and privacy policies.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit consent
• With service providers who assist us in operating the Service (e.g., Supabase, Stripe) under strict confidentiality agreements
• To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or government requests
• To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, or that of our users
• In connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, etc.), with notice to users

Aggregated and anonymized data may be used for research, analytics, or shared with partners for service improvement purposes, but this data cannot be used to identify individual users.
